MALAYSIA STRONGLY CONDEMNS THE SUICIDE BOMB ATTACK IN A MOSQUE IN PESHAWAR, PAKISTAN
Malaysia strongly condemns the suicide bomb attack of a mosque in Peshawar’s Police Lines in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) province on 30 January 2023. The tragic incident has so far resulted in the loss of 96 precious lives and over 100 injured.
Malaysia expresses its deepest condolences and sympathies to the families of the victims, the people and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Malaysia reiterates its firm stance in rejecting any act of violence and terrorism in all forms and manifestations.
We stand in solidarity with our Pakistani brothers and sisters in the fight against the scourge of terrorism and we call for the perpetrators of this heinous crime to be brought to justice.
